The complete list of local fall candidates - Sandusky Register

SANDUSKY — This fall, several people want to serve in various offices — be it in a city-, village- township-, school- or judge-based-capacity — throughout Erie County.

Wednesday marked the filing deadline for November’s election. By then, candidates needed to submit all the proper paperwork, which included receiving a certain amount of signatures from local registered voters, to ensure his or her name appeared on a ballot for a particular race.

The Erie County elections board must still approve everyone’s documents to make this process official. Members will review the information on Monday.

So here are the races, both contested and uncontested, along with the tentative candidates vying for these positions:
