Days of Our Lives spoilers in a new promo have Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) raging over Stefan DiMera‘s (Brandon Barash) death. What’s worse, the family of a woman that hates her wants his heart. So, Gabi tells them they must beg her for his heart before she’ll donate it. All of Julie Williams’ (Susan Seaforth Hayes) loved ones gather to face her death. Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Enraged Gabi Hernandez Can’t Save Stefan DiMera

DOOL spoilers for next week say Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) reiterates to Gabi Hernandez that Stefan DiMera can’t be revived because he’s brain dead. But that won’t stop Gabi. Because she goes to Dr Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) to ask him to bring Stefan back to her. After all, that’s what he did recently for Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) when she had little brain activity.

So, Gabi Hernandez asks the wicked doc to do her a favor and revive Stefan DiMera. However, that won’t work out and Gabi must face the inevitable. Her new husband’s gone and she must let him go. But the promo, asks how do you do that? In Salem, dead isn’t usually dead. But, this time, it might be. However, there’s a twin twist teased that could bring back Brandon Barash.

But for now, Days of Our Lives spoilers promise Gabi Hernandez is a widow soon on the NBC sudser.

DOOL Spoilers: Julie Williams Family Told to Beg

Other Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal after giving Gabi Hernandez the heartbreaking news, Kayla runs to Julie’s bedside. She tells them that Stefan DiMera’s brain dead and about to die. She says this might be a solution for Julie. They check things out and it turns out, Stefan’s a match for Julie. So, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) asks his ex Gabi if she’ll donate her husband’s heart.

But Gabi Hernandez is furious. After all, Eli’s engaged to the woman that killed Stefan DiMera – Lani Price (Sal Stowers). So, Gabi faces them all, predict DOOL spoilers. Lani, Eli, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford), Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves), and Doug Williams (Bill Hayes). Even her co-parents Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) are there.
